Transfirm was founded in 2010 to help business owners significantly improve the operations of their business. We noticed that as successful organisations grow, their operations become complex – first at around 16 staff, then 60, then 200 and so on. At each of these pain points, the organisation can either get help to simplify their operations, or spend years burning cash, watching staff leave and damaging their good reputation.
We help business move through these pain points quickly, and do so by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the owners, managers and their staff.
